Mr. Sushil Gaikwad was born on 13th February 1963. He is the sixth child of Mrs. Sunitibai and late Mr. Prasadrao Gaikwad. He is married to Mrs. Vandana Vidyadhar Manmothe (BD- 20th July 1969) on 07th June 1995 at Washim Nazarene Church. Their marriage was solemnized by Rev. Prabhakar Manmothe.

Sushil acquired his primary education at Nagar Parishad School, Pandharkawada. High school at Municipal Highschool Yavatmal and Junior College at Amolakchand Junior College, Yavatmal. He also acquired his diploma in Industrial Training as a machinist. He has been serving as a Junior Clerk at Nathar English School, Yavatmal since 1991.

Sushil proudly says that he was trained in Church activities at Pusad by his maternal uncle Rev. Arvind K. Yangad.

He is very active in the Church since his childhood. He has been a founding member of the Fellowship Methodist Church, Yavatmal. He has filled several responsibilities in the Church. God has blessed Mr. Sushil with several talents like writing Christian articles, dramas and composing.

Mr. Sushil is a very passionate person for the Lord Jesus Christ and His ministry. He is also blessed with a great sense of humor and discernment.

Right now he also serves as a Trustee and Vice President of India Free Methodist Church, Yavatmal.

Mrs. Vandana is a teacher at Free Methodist School. Mrs. Vandana is also blessed with a beautiful voice and sings for the Lord on several occasions.

They have a gorgeous daughter Sarah (BD- 15th November 2002). At present, she is pursuing her Junior College Studies in science faculty.

They all reside in Yavatmal.
