Dr. Satish stands against social evil and even Christian social blunders without fear. He has been threatened on several occasions with his and his family members’ life for this.

His own life itself is a great story of Transformation.

In 1969 Dr. Satish’s parents moved to Nagpur and joined Methodist Church. His Uncle Rev. Jeevan N. Yangad was a pastor there. As a young man having respect for family spiritual traditions he attended Church regularly but he was a sinner in side. He didn’t live a Godly life. He was smoking and drinking and abusing people.

Later on he started working in a place called Pandharkawada as a manager in ‘Tendu Leaves’ (Leaves used for making Bidi or country cigarettes) Company. Here he was earning good money. He learned to be a manipulator and was making even bigger money and was living a lavish sinners life now.

In 1984 Dr. Satish had fallen sick beyond recovery. Doctors had given up on him, he had turned in to a mere skeleton and for almost six months he was laying on his death bed at his Sister Kusum’s home in Nagpur. The family was sad and grieving that they were going to lose their dear one. One day a Nazarene Pastor Rev. S. C. Salve arrived at his sister’s house, actually to purchase a goat. There he saw the sadness of the family and visited Dr. Satish. In their short conversation. Dr. Satish said, “This is due to my sinful life. I deserve to die,” But Rev. Salve said, “No! Christ died for our sins and our sins can be forgiven and even our body can be healed.” He counseled with gospel. Dr. Satish was in tears, he went on his knees and started repenting and Rev. Salve laid his hands on Dr. Satish’s head and prayed. As he was praying, Dr. Satish felt as if he was electrocuted with 440 volts. He immediately felt and experienced the cure in his body and experienced that his strength was restored. He started shouting and praising God and jumping. After ten days since this event, there was a whole night prayer that Dr. Satish attended. Paststors and preachers were preaching entire sanctification through the baptism of Holy Spirit. Dr. Satish kept praying with them and at 3:00am he was baptized with the Holy Spirit. He was on his knees for three hours. Since then he has given his entire life for Holy Spirit filled life and ministry and the Lord has been making a great use of him among thousands.
