Kisanrao Shivram Yangad was born on 01st January 1902. He did his Bible Training from Nazarene Bible School. He was a Pastor with Church of the Nazarene for several years. He also served as a Pastor with Methodist Mission at Morshi, District Amaravati for almost three years. After this, he returned to Washim. He was a very hardworking man. He had Buffaloes and did milk business for his livelihood.

Kisanrao Shivram Yangad was married to Sarubai Kamble. After the sudden death of his first wife Sarubai due to pneumonia he married Resahmbai Hiraji Athawale (BD- 21st August 1927) from Jalna. Her Christian name was Elizabeth. She was a teacher at Mission School, Jalna. She had earned a Teachers Training Certificate in Nizam Rule. She was 8th Standard Pass.

During his last years, Kisanrao used to live in Vikroli, Mubmabi with his son Jeevandas. He used to go and visit and conduct prayers for some of his relatives from Jalna who were staying in a nearby colony. One day while returning home due to a grownup cataract in his eyes he miscalculated the distance of the speeding truck on the highway which hit him badly and he died in that accident. His Bible, Notebook, and reading glasses were all spread on the road. Adv. G. G. Nade’s number was written on it somewhere and people informed Adv. Nade about his accident. His body was taken to the hospital. Adv. Nade called Mr. Jeevandas and tactfully told him that there was a little accident with his dad and he should come to see him. Upon the visit, Jeevandas realized that his dad is no more. This is how his death became known. This was in 1973.

Kisanrao and Mrs. Sarubai Yangad’s Children are:

1. Ashabai Kisan Yangad (BD- 18th January ). She was married to Advocate Gopalrao Govind Nade (BD- 02nd May 1920). Both have gone to be with the Lord. They lived in Mumbai.
Their Children are: Usha (BD- 02nd March), Ashok (BD- 13th December), Shanta (BD- 24th October 1955), Arun (BD- 16th September 1958), Rekha (BD 21st March 1961), Ulhas (BD-27th April 1965), Avinash (BD), Sunil (BD- 02nd October 1967), Rajesh (BD- 30th October 1968), Sandhya (BD- 24th April 1971).

2. Trekdas Kisan Yangad (BD- 12th February 1932). He was married to Kishori Prabhakar Narwade, from Yavatmal. Mr. Trekdas has gone to be with the Lord.
Their Children are: Bhushan, Helen, Ranjana & Kalpana.

3. Dayabai Kisan Yangad (BD- 6th May). She was married to Prabhakar Krishnaji Sane. Mr. Prabhakar was a Pastor with the Church of the Nazarene. Later on, he completed his LLB and worked as a Lawyer in Aurangabad. Dayabai was a Teacher at Zilha Parishad High School at Aurangabad. She had earned her D.Ed. from Vaijapur, Dist. Aurangabad. They both went to be with the Lord. Adv. Prabhakar died of a heart attack and Dayabai died due to an accident in Aurangabad. She was collecting some dust from an old wall and the wall suddenly collapsed on her and though people pulled her out she died on the spot.

Adv. Prabhakar and Mrs. Dayabai have five daughters and two sons.

They are: Pradeep, Ujwala, Sumangala, Shobhana, Atula, Vidya, Kishor.

4. Sushilabai Kisan Yangad (BD- 25th December 1935). She was married to Shantwant Dhengre from Umri.

They have four children, they are: Shashibhushan, Susan, Jyoti, Brian.

5. Jeevan Kisan Yangad (24th April 1938). He was married Kaushalya Natekar from Kavhala.

They have three daughters: Jyoti, Kiran, Leena. They all are married.

Jyoti is married to Rajesh Phillip Sane and resides in Mumbai.

Kiran is married to Rev. Sathrak Thomas and they reside in Kolar, Karnataka.

Leena is married to Rev. Bhalachandra Kamble and they reside in Pune.

6. Vishwas Kisan Yangad (BD- 13th October 1939). He worked as a fitter in an Auto engine parts producing company called Tiger Force in Chikhalthana, Aurangabad. He was married to Margaret Shamuwel Sathe (BD- 22nd May 1937) from Aurangabad. She was a Nurse at Zilha Parishad Hospital as well as Mahanagar Palika Hospital Aurangabad. She went to be with the Lord 11th September 2014 at Aurangabad.

They have one son William (BD- 22nd Septemeber 1973). He was born in Aurangabad. He is married to Manorama Manohar Angre (BD- 30th October 1977) from Pune. She is a teacher at Marathi Holy Cross High School, Aurangabad. William and Manorama have two daughters Ruchi (BD- 24th January 2004) and Prarthana (BD- 16th December 2011).

Kisanrao and Mrs. Reshambai (Elizabeth) Yangad’s Children are:

1. Shradhanand Kisan Yangad (07th June 1941) Married to Chitra Athawale.

2. Saruwel. He was about eight/nine years old when he died of a dog bite. Pastor Kisanrao was away from home on an evangelistic tour when Saruwel suffered severe dog bite symptoms. Nazarene Dr. Whitof thought that Saruwel was overreacting, but he died due to the same reason. Pastor Kisanrao was furious over this and decided to leave the Church of the Nazarene. This is when he went to Morshi and worked there as a Pastor.

3. Jaypal Kisan Yangad (BD- 25th February 1946). He was married on 22nd October 1982 to Ushakiran Charles Aswale (BD- 01st December 1957) from Aurangabad. She is a nurse. Their marriage was solemnized by Rev. S.T.Gaikwad at City Nazarene Church Aurangabad. Mr. Jaypal worked as a Male Nurse at Aurangabad for 7 years and in Medical College, Ambejogai for 24 years. He retired in February 2004 and Mrs. Ushakiran has retired from her service in December 2015.

Their Children are: Mrs. Priya Suhas Sable (BD- 01st October 1985) She was born in Aurangabad. Priya is a teacher at St. Lawrence English School, Aurangabad. Pratiksha Jaypal Yangad (BD- 11th December 1987) and Jayesh Jaypal Yangad (BD- 13th April 1991). Pratiksha and Jayesh were born in Ambejogai, Dist. Beed. Pratiksha is a Teacher at Holy Cross English School at Aurangabad. Jayesh is a Male Nurse and has worked at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital for two years and at present, he is pursuing Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital, Aurangabad.

4. Premamnand Kisan Yangad (Bd- 10th Septemeber 1948). He is married to Ashabai Ramji Londhe from Sangli. Mr. Premanand worked with MSEB as a clerk at Latur. Ashabai was a Nurse at Civil Hospital, Latur.

They have one Son: Abhijit (Bd- 08th August 1988). He is a Male Nurse at as well as a lecturer at Latur. He has earned his B.Sc.

5. Krupa Kisan Yangad (BD- 19th November). She is married to Mr. Subhash Luther Manmothe. They reside in Aurangabad.

Their Children are: Reuben, Leena, and Samuel.

6. Preeta Kisan Yangad (BD- 29th September 1957). She was married to Prakash S. Sable. Preeta is a retired Teacher. She worked at Zilha Parishad High School, Nanded and later in Aurangabad. She had earned her D.Ed. and B.Ed. from Aurangabad.

Their Children are: Smita, Suhas (13th March), and Swati.

7. Lata Kisan Yangad (BD- 06th April 1959). She married Mr. Bipin Nirmal and became Lata Bipin Nirmal.

Their Children are: Aparna, Prachi, and Pratik.

8. Shyamprakash Kisan Yangad (BD- 08th October 1963). He is married to Sangeeta Nana Mandalik (BD-06th December) from Aurangabad. Shyamprakash has earned his D. Pharm. from Latur. He works with Civil Hospital Aurangabad as Pharmacists. Mrs. Sangeeta was a clerk at MTDC, Aurangabad.

Their Children are: Samson (BD- 23rd November) and Rachel (BD- 24th May).
