Latabai is the second last child of Kisanrao Yangad. She was born on 06th April 1959. She is a Registered Nurse working as a Nurses’ supervisor at Municipal Corporation Hospital Jalna.

Her primary education took place in Washim. Highschool education took place in Aurangabad and Jalna.

She acquired her Nursing Training in 1984 from Jalna Mission Nursing School.

She is married to Bipin Prabhudas Nirmal (BD- 22nd September 1957) on 05th Novemeber 1981 at Christ Church Jalna (CNI). Their marriage was solemnized by Rev. Ganpatrao Y. Nikalje.

He joined in State Reserve Police (SRP) in 1977. While serving in SRP he finished his Bachelor of Commerce from Jalna Peoples Education Society College in 1978. After that he acquired his Wireless Operator training and was transferred to Pune. He was again transferred to Jalna as a Police Constable in June 1982. After this he continued writing Departmental Promotion Exams and got passed with 1st rank in the Aurangabad Range. In 2000 he was appointed as a Police Sub Inspector in Mumbai (PSI). In 2004 he was transferred to Aurangabad and in 2011 he went on a Promotion to Usmanabad as (API).  He served as Assistant Police Inspector (API). 30th September 2015 he retired after 38 yr’s service in Police department.

In his post retirement time Mr. Bipin Nirmal spends lot of time in social ministry. He is very passionate about helping needy people and conducts several blood (since 1975), eye (2004) and body and organ (since 2014) donation camps. In his social ministry he has helped 240 eye donations, and has personally donated 129 times and has donated platelets 60 times. Latabai is a constant great support to Mr. Bipin in all his social ministry efforts.

In 1975 his father went through an open heart surgery. His blood group AB-ve was very rare to get. Doctors had given their verdict that without blood he would not survive. God provided 5 doaners. That made an impact on Mr. Bipin’s life who was just 18 at that time and he gave his life to Jesus Christ.

He is also an evangelist and preacher and helps rural Churches mainly in Auranabad and Jalna Districts. His hearts desire is to help people see and experience the life transforming love of Jesus Christ.

Both of them have nourished their children in Christian Spirituality and and constantly encourage them to utilize their lives and talents for the glory of God.

Their Children:

1. Arpana (BD- 15th August 1982). Arpana has done her M.Sc. and B.Ed. She is married to Abhijit Shashikant Gogte a Physio Therapist from Kolhapur on 05th January 2012. Their marriage was solemnized by Rev. Vinay S. Gaikwad at City Nazarene Church, Aurangbad. They reside in Oman. Abhijit is an elder son of very infulencial Rev. Shashikant Gogte, Priest In-charge of Kolhapur CNI Church.

2. Prachi (BD- 24th August 1986). Prachi is married to Vishal Gajbhiv from Mumbai. She is a teacher in Holy Cross English Highschool, Aurangabad since 2007. She has her B.A. and B.Ed.; She is also pursuing Indian classical Music. She has sung a special number ‘Devachi stuti aso’ in a Christian Album Stuti Sampada and also given background vocals for other songs in the same album. She has also sung female parts in all the songs of Christian Album called Prabhu mere dil me aa.  

3. Pratik (BD 13th June 1989). He has finished his Hotel Management from Metropolitan Collage Pune and is presently pursuing his M.BA. in Marketing. Pratik is a dashing yang man and is a great fan of Royal Enfield (Bullet) Motorcycle known as Indian Harley Davidson.
